The training schedule included the following:

First Western’s role included managing all trainers to ensure content is relevant and meets the needs of the business. A detailed programme specification for each training intervention was designed with the needs of the trainers, the business and the senior team in mind. Each specification includes:

First Western carry out a ‘debrief’ with each trainer post their sessions and provide updates to the Guinness Storehouse. We also supported and mentored participants throughout a project task that they undertook as part of the training programme and will pitch to the senior team at the end of the year.
